I just wanted to make a quick post to let you know about a fantastic site that I’ve been visiting a lot recently. The site is called Primary Teacher UK, and is packed full of Primary Teaching news and articles.
This is a really grown up site that has a LOT of excellent content. In fact, I could happily sift through the excellent content for hours at a time.
And don’t worry if you’re not a UK Primary Teacher. There’s enough excellent news and articles on this site to keep everyone happy!

A couple of days ago I talked about the importance of having the best teaching resources if you want to reduce inappropriate student behavior in your classroom.
But of course, as busy and stressed out teachers, we don’t always have the time to make these resources.
Well one option is to drop by an excellent free primary and elemantary teaching resources website such as Gareth’s brilliant Primary Resources.
Another option however, is to buy some teaching resources. Now, I know that this isn’t everyone’s cup of tea BUT for very modest amounts you can often get some incredible resources.
John at Leafy Teaching Resources recently asked me to review his new resource bumper pack and I was blown away. His new Primary Power Pack really is THAT good.
==>> Check Out The Primary Power Pack NOW!

This package comes HIGHLY recommeneded and is an excellent way to reduce inappropriate behavior in the classroom.
Wishing you a peaceful classroom!

One reason for poor student behavior is a lack of engagement with the curriculum. I’m not a believer in teachers having to entertain students, but if the pupils you teach are not engaged in the curriculum that you’re delivering, then poor student behavior will be just around the corner.
However, with the demands of teaching getting larger by the day, it’s getting more and more difficult to prepare the fresh and original teaching resources that are needed to engage the students that you teach.
So what do you do if you just don’t have the time to produce killer resources on a regular basis? Well one option is to visit the Primary Resources website. Run by Gareth, a dedicated UK based teacher, Primary resources contains hundreds of free resources for teachers everywhere.
Gareth has just updated his site and posted more than 30 new resources for you to download completely free of charge. Head over there now but make sure you say thanks to Gareth as you pass through!
